Kisspeptin-10
A natural peptide that plays a key role in regulating the reproductive system. It triggers the production of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), thereby activating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis - the main mechanism that controls puberty, the menstrual cycle and fertility in both women and men.

Kisspeptin is actively being studied as a promising agent for stimulating ovulation, treating hypogonadism, and supporting reproductive technologies (including IVF). In addition, it demonstrates anti-oncogenic properties, participating in the suppression of metastasis of a number of tumors.

Due to its physiological action and high safety profile, kisspeptin is becoming a valuable tool in modern endocrinology and reproductive medicine.
Kisspeptin-10:
Key to reproductive health and hormonal balance!
  • Stimulates the production of gonadotropins
Increases the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), promoting fertility
    1
  • Improves fertility
In female and male infertility, especially in hypothalamic amenorrhea or other forms of hypogonadism
    2
  • Reducing the risk of (OHSS)
Use of kisspeptin in IVF procedures reduces the risk of OHSS compared to other stimulation methods
    3
  • In case of delayed puberty
Used to diagnose and treat delayed puberty, as it is involved in the initiation of puberty
    4
  • Oncological perspectives
Kisspeptin and its receptors are involved in inhibiting the metastasis of some types of cancer (e.g. melanoma, breast cancer, etc.)
    5
  • Diagnostic marker
Used as a biomarker of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function, especially in pediatric and adolescent endocrinology
